Access to Remedy is many things: it’s the development of legitimate/accessible/functional grievance mechanisms; it’s the internal processes companies undertake to understand how vulnerable populations experience disparate impacts that they will never think to complain about; it’s recognizing when your operating context makes impact inevitable and complaint impossible; it’s changing your systems when they harm people while also changing the conditions for the people who were harmed.
